The object of research is the processes of formation and functioning of vegetable growing in the context of Ukraine’s association with the EU. The subject of research - theoretical and methodological and practical provisions for the formation and development of the organic market of vegetable products. The program of development of organic vegetable growing, (concept), model of institutional maintenance of development of the organic vegetable market according to which reforming of the power needs improvement of structural and functional construction of system of agrarian and industrial complex, regional and regional managements of agriculture and food by deepening work with the United territorial communities is developed. reforming and coordinating in the field of rational nature management and environmental protection, strengthening foreign economic and innovation activities, investing, coordinating other governing bodies in rural development and the effective functioning of the organic market. Proposals for providing an institutional model for the development of organic vegetable growing have been developed, including blocks (land resources and raw vegetable zones, cultivation technologies, selection and seed production, storage, processing and logistics, product quality and export, innovative investment strategy for organic vegetable development, scientific, organizational and economic and scientific support, measures to improve the work of the small-scale sector), which formed the basis of the Sectoral Program "Vegetables of Ukraine - 2025" and the Sectoral Comprehensive Program "Uncommon Vegetables - 2025". Cost standards for the cultivation of basic vegetable crops under conditions of organic production (main crops) are developed and the degree of influence of various technical and economic solutions and features of production of uncommon types of vegetables with an organic approach to the formation of their cost.
