Proposals for providing an institutional model for the development of organic vegetable growing have been developed, including blocks (land resources and raw vegetable zones, cultivation technologies, selection and seed production, storage, processing and logistics, product quality and export, innovative investment strategy for organic vegetable development, scientific, organizational and economic and scientific support, measures to improve the work of the small-scale sector), which formed the basis of the Sectoral Program "Vegetables of Ukraine - 2025" and the Sectoral Comprehensive Program "Uncommon Vegetables - 2025". Cost standards for the cultivation of basic vegetable crops under conditions of organic production (main crops) are developed and the degree of influence of various technical and economic solutions and features of production of uncommon types of vegetables with an organic approach to the formation of their cost.
