The created cooling systems are able to provide temperature regimes of light-emitting structures with electrical powers over 200 W up to 90°C. This allows us to state the possible estimated service life of LEDs over 50,000 hours. Electronic control circuits have an output power of more than 200 W, an input supply voltage of 170 - 270 V, a power factor of not less than 0.95 and the ability to control the power of LEDs.
