The aim : development and production of a prototype of a pseudo-satellite (PS) with energy-intensive installation on renewable sources for testing critical elements of technologies for long-term flights of unmanned aerial vehicles in the stratosphere. The methods: AH modeling in Ansys environment; calculation methods; methods of system analysis, statistical methods; experimental studies of power plant, propeller, properties of polymer compositions, methods of manufacturing and assembly of polymer composite structures, methods of applying solar cells on bearing surfaces with soft and hard cladding, methods of preliminary ground and flight tests. The layout of the pseudo-satellite is determined. The composition of the onboard photovoltaic system is established. The AH layout of the pseudosatellite has been studied. The strength of the load-bearing elements is determined. Mass balances, required centering and centering margin are calculated. Project LTX was obtained and the main stages of the flight plan were determined. The model of the combined power plant was made and tested. The parameters of reliability of electrical equipment of the aircraft are substantiated. High-altitude power plants were manufactured and tested. A composite set of fuselage and bearing surfaces is made. Aerometry means are made. Models of heat - emitting devices are made and their tests are carried out in the conditions of low pressure and low temperatures. Pseudo-satellite vehicles have been manufactured. A prototype of a pseudo-satellite was made and preliminary tests of individual nodes and the sample as a whole, as well as preliminary flight tests were performed. An algorithm for controlling the processes of pre-flight training and decision-making on the rise of a pseudo-satellite has been developed. Draft operational documents have been developed.
