Samples of glass matrices were made both with the addition of crushed glass of industrial grades, and with the use of glass-forming additives: oxides of silicon, lead, aluminum and others. It was shown that the most optimal matrix for immobilization of the bottom residue simulator is a lead-borosilicate glass matrix, which is welded from a mixture of the bottom residue simulator containing sodium and boron and silicon oxide with the addition of lead oxide. Based on the results of XRD and SEM studies of lead-borosilicate matrices, it was determined that the prepared samples are X-ray amorphous, do not have crystalline inclusions and are characterized by a dense and homogeneous structure. IR spectrometric studies have shown that the maxima of the main bands of samples of lead-borosilicate matrices, associated with a silicon-oxygen glass network, become more diffuse and shift to the low-frequency region in comparison with samples of borosilicate matrices due to a decrease in the degree of connectivity of the silicon-oxygen framework. The best corrosion resistance was demonstrated by samples of a lead-borosilicate glass matrix containing 10 wt% PbO. Considering that this glass matrix contains 45 wt. % of simulators of LRW bottom residue and is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance, it should be considered promising for solidification of LRW bottom residues.   Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-12-21 Close
