Nanoscale nonlinear magnon circular resonator has been proposed and theoretically investigated. It is shown that in the nonlinear mode this system is bistable. The influence of film thickness on the formation and transformation of the twin structure, as well as on the magnetic properties of epitaxial films of magnetic shape memory alloys of has been studied. It is shown that the balance between the elastic energy on the film-substrate and twin boundaries interfaces leads to the formation of a submicron periodic twin and the corresponding magnetic structure.
