Based on traditional methods, induced mutagenesis and self-incompatibility, the aim is to develop a method of selection process of crop-adaptive, which will be resistant to stem stalking for high-yielding and high-quality heterosis hybrids of F1 sowing radish, which will be suitable for mechanized harvesting and conveyor production. Sources the yield of samples Іlka, Viola, Izabella; by vitamin content С - Cherry Belle, Vait Brekfast, Redyska zhovta; by dry matter content - Rannyi krasnyi, Redyska Zhovta, Izabella; by total sugar content of the samples Cherry Belle, Izabella, Bila tsylindrychna. Identified were hybrid combinations. There are: 1. Rubin/Zhara. 2. Rubin/Cherrybell. 3. Danko/Bohynia. The method "Modern methodological approaches to creating lines and hybrids of F1 radish on the basis of induced mutagenesis and self-incompatibility" was developed, which allowed to expand the range of variability of genotypes and selections from generations F3-F4 to create linear material. New combinatorially capable radish sowing lines were created and transferred to the NCGRRU according to a set of features. These are: Charivna (there is an advantage over the standard in biochemical composition and productivity of 30%); Diuimovochka (there is an advantage over the standard in biochemical composition and productivity of 30%); Nastusia (has an advantage over the standard for a yield of 32%); Nika (is 38% higher than the vitamin C standard); Karamelka (is not prone to premature formation of seed sprouts); Iren (there is an advantage over the standard in yield and biochemical composition by 35%); Milka (there is an advantage over the standard in terms of yield - by 25%); Umka (high marketability and excellent taste); Olchyk (there is a value of the line lies in resistance to stalking and flowering, high qualities).
