Laboratory samples of triazens, aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic derivatives of amines of 9,10-anraquinone series were prepared. A basic compound combining an anthraquinone nucleus, a triazene group and an amine fragment with a pharmacophore group of different nature was constructed in order to obtain maximum and specific antimicrobial and antibacterial activity and a leader compound was identified.
