The second section describes in detail the method of comprehensive assessment of the state of the historic center of Kyiv with the involvement of the results of processing data from space imaging of the optical and thermal range, as well as radar survey data. An approach to the implementation of this technique using unmanned aerial vehicles is described. Recommendations are provided to improve the ecological condition of the historic center in order to reduce the negative impact on public health, living comfort and urban development. Subjects of project use - the results of the work can be used by organizations for environmental protection and preservation of architectural monuments of the city, as well as city state administrations to make management decisions in functional planning of urban development, to monitor the environmental condition and unauthorized management in areas of increased control.
