Vector DNA constructs encoding a chimeric p23 / p18 fusion protein have been created. Bacterial cells producing the chimeric fusion protein p23 / p18 were created. Purified recombinant proteins / antigens of Epstein-Barr virus p18, p23 and p79 were obtained. Laboratory regulations for the expression and purification of chimeric recombinant protein (p18 / p23) from producer bacteria cells have been developed. The technology of obtaining all components of test systems has been developed. The most effective configurations of test systems and optimal procedures of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (hereinafter - ELISA) were selected. Experimental samples of three test systems (one sample each) were made. A study of the diagnostic characteristics of test systems (sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility of the analysis results) using panels of positive, negative sera.
