Another feature of 2020 was the spread of the pandemic viral infection SARS-Covid19, which significantly changed the needs of the medical industry and the prospects for its immediate development. As a result of the stage of research work, the mathematical apparatus of the diagnostic algorithm of the automated program based on the information-extreme method of comparative image recognition was developed and improved. Their features and methods of image processing are determined, on the basis of which it was determined that the use of a hierarchical classifier allows overcoming the problem of multidimensionality. This is because the alphabet of classes is divided into groups that are connected by a hierarchy. Finally, a set of histological signs of benign and malignant breast cancer was determined for use in the automatic program diagnostic algorithm. Together with the research and production company "Sumy Electron Optics", an experimental sample of an automated computer program was created, the further development and improvement of which will allow the use of clinical diagnostics Product Description popup.authors Kolomiiets Olena O.
