The purpose of the study is to develop scientific principles for the deposition of nanoobjects of dichalcogenides of transition metals on substrates of different types, to determine the morphology and optical properties of the obtained films and thus establish the quality of the obtained samples and suitability for further research. Research methods - spectral and polygonal ellipsometry, photoluminescence spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, electron microscopy, Raman light scattering, temperature measurements of luminescent characteristics, modeling of optical constants. The method of deposition of MoS2 flakes on semiconductor substrates covered with a layer of natural oxide by the spin-coating method has been developed. Ellipsometric diagnostics was performed and optical constants of typical MoS2 films were determined. The morphology of the obtained samples, as well as the optical and luminescent properties of these structures, as well as in comparison with the properties of films obtained by other methods have been studied. It is shown that the manufactured samples show the expected optical properties characteristic of such structures. In the luminescence spectra, characteristic bands of excitons A and B due to spin-orbital splitting of the valence band, as well as an asymmetric band of the saw are detected. The results of the project are implemented in the educational process of the Faculty of Physics of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.  Product Description popup.authors Babich Danylo Р.
