The task was set and systematic control over the implementation of measures for a comparative analysis of the problems of classical universities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic was organized. The analysis of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic revealed the advantages and opportunities of classical universities in the short, medium and long term. Work on data preparation and descriptive, visual and preliminary statistical analysis of factors and parameters of financial stability and stabilization of classical universities on the example of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the context of a global pandemic.
