Theoretical results - research of theoretical and scientific-methodical aspects of sales activity of the enterprise of agro-industrial complex. Practical results - key internal and external sales factors that affect the state of development of the enterprise are identified; the experience of implementation of the optimization model by other agricultural enterprises of one segment series is investigated; the model of optimization and ways of increase of efficiency of sales activity of the agro-industrial enterprise is developed. Novelty - as a result of the study, the previously analyzed provisions were further developed. In particular: measures are proposed to improve the activities of state institutions for the formation of effective sales policy in terms of inflation and devaluation processes and the need to determine inflation profitability and inflation profits of agricultural producers; conceptual bases of increase of efficiency of sales policy, definition of perspective directions of sales activity of the enterprises with use of exchange tools, contracting, purchasing centers, Internet platforms, wholesale markets are developed; structural solutions of business processes of the enterprise with management systems SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP PLM are offered; proposed ways to increase the role of state institutions, the activities of political and legal, economic and financial, organizational and information institutions of state market regulation, the direction of their activities to maintain the export potential of agriculture.
