Research methods: Combinatorial analysis of pulse statistics for nanowire detectors; Quantum phase space; Methods of photon distribution function and phase screens for description of atmospheric quantum channels; Dual form of linear programming problems for analysis of hybrid quantum correlations. General and particular (device-dependent) solutions for the problem of quantum nonlocality in the direct form is found for the case of hybrid of discrete and continuous measurements. An analog of Bell inequalities is obtained for a hybrid configuration, such that one party has information about the measurement device and another does not have it. It is shown that the corresponding correlations are preserved even for unentangled states. Photodetection formula for nanowire detectors is obtained. It is shown that statistics of photocurrent pulses in nanowire detectors significantly differs from photon statistics for different states of the radiation field. Aperture-averaged scintillation index is found for long-distance quantum channels. The results can be applied for explanation of published experimental data.
