This system will be based on two approaches to modeling the spread of infections and determining the causes of data deviations. The first focuses on real-time simulations of the spatial spread of infection with the ability to dynamically change parameters. The second is to model the course of the disease and determine the main factors influencing a particular individual. The task of finding dependencies in the data requires the analysis of dependencies between dozens of parameters of the studied process and hundreds of possible sources of influence on this process. Dependencies are nondeterministic and therefore modeling requires the use of statistical methods for analyzing random processes. Much of the information is often hidden from observation or not monitored. This introduces many difficulties in the process of analyzing the collected information. Today, the developed methods of statistical analysis make it possible to work with partially uncertain or vague processes. However, the available methods have significant limitations in the scope and types of data that can be analyzed by these methods. Another feature of medical data is their hierarchy and networking. Network data include information about comorbidities, allergic reactions, etc., which is also a direct or indirect factor that determines the nature of the individual's morbidity. Therefore, it is necessary to find not only linear dependencies in the data. Thus, all the above factors may adversely affect the conduct, interpretation and generalization of research results, and the understanding and interpretation of the phenomenon under study Product Description popup.authors Izonin Ivan V Vyklyuk Yaroslav I Kryvenchuk Yuriy P Melnykova Nataliia I popup.nrat_date 2020-12-24 Close
