These studies allowed to determine the dominants of investment and innovation policy of nature management (hereinafter - IIPNM). The development of scientific approaches and theoretical and methodological support for a comprehensive assessment of IIPNM at the macro-, meso-levels and identified goals, objectives, sets of principles, identification on the basis of European practices of key dominants of IIPNM, interrelated with the Sustainable Development Goals introduction of an innovative "quadro-spiral" in the field of nature management; formation of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of the institutional basis of the IIPNM of the national economy, by 1) identifying barriers and deterrents to international investment and innovation policy of environmental management; 2) implementation of world experience in the use of incentive mechanisms and tools for sustainable, responsible and "green" investment; 3) clarification of economic and environmental strategic priorities - the dominant transformation of the mechanisms and tools of the domestic economy.
