Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 In the frames of the project in 2020: - The methods for synthesis of macrocyclic ligands were developed and based on these methods polydentate N,O-donor ligands, and a number of β-diketonate ligands with different aromatic substituents were obtained. These ligands were characterized by NMR, IR-spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. - By interaction of glycynehydroxamic acid with salts of Cu (II) and Dy (III) in the presence of disulfonate ligand nanostructured heteropolynuclear complex was synthesized; its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It was shown that this complex is a 1D coordination polymer and contains nanosized heteropolynuclear metalomacrocyclic units, which are connected by bridging polysulfonate ligands. - Nanosize complexes of Eu3+, Gd3+, and Tb3+ with β-diketonate and tris(pyrazolyl)borate ligands were obtained. These compounds were characterized by a number of physicochemical methods, including elemental analysis and IR-spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the Eu3+ compound with 9-antracenylacetylacetonate was determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study and it was shown, that the crystal structure of this compound consists of discrete nanosized mononuclear complexes. - Coordination compounds of Eu3+ and Tb3+ with 3,5-di-tertbutyl-4-hydroxycarboxylate and tris(3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazolyl)borate were synthesized. The crystal structure of Tb3+ was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis and it was shown that this compound consists of individual molecules of the 1-2 nm size.
