A detailed analysis of the experience of operating blades made of titanium alloy with erosion damage has performed. The results of researches of mechanical properties of the material of working blades, titanium alloy TC5, and their possible degradation in the zone of erosion wear at vibration stresses, detection of the mechanism of crack formation are given. The results of measurements of the actual dimensions of the working blade after long operation and construction of a geometric model of the blade taking into account erosion wear are presented. Numerical analysis of the static strength of the working blade during operating modes has performed. The analysis of the process of changing the fatigue limit of the blade material during long-term operation was carried out taking into account the characteristic size of erosive surface damage. The possibility of restorative repair of blades with erosion damage with the use of modern additive technology of electron beam surfacing of titanium alloys is substantiated. The procedure for assessing the technical condition and determining the service life of safe operation of the blades of the fifth stage of the low-pressure turbine cylinder K-1000-60 / 3000 in wet steam erosion for at least 1 year, until the next repair is developed..
