A number of mathematical models and high-performance software tools for their implementation has been developed for numerical prediction of joint processes of thermodeformation and subcritical fracture of metal of critical welded structures under the static and variable force action, including in high temperature operation. It is shown that for typical welded elements of technological pipelines made of stainless steels with local defect of local erosion wear at temperatures above 600 oC and high pressures, the operability is limited by the development of irreversible creep strains in the area of defect and weld. A significant sensitivity of the current susceptibility of the structure to failure from the operating temperature and stress concentration in the area of the isolated defect of corrosion-erosion wall thinning was revealed. An integrated method of numerical interpretation of the calculated field of the plastic strains intensity in the cross section of a defective pipe has been developed within the framework of Weibull statistics to determine the failureprobability. For correct quantitative estimates within this approach, based on the results of statistical processing of the results of solving the inverse problem of the limit state of pipeline elements made of tubular steels and aluminum alloys, the functional dependences of Weibull parameters on the yield strength of metal and temperature were determined. A system of equi-probability diagrams is proposed to determine the operating conditions of defective pipelines, which guarantee the required level of failureprobability.
