Based on the literature data cations the choicing of Ca2+, Zn2+, Mn2+, as components of effective anti-corrosion pigments, for the synthesis of complex inhibitors of corrosion metals from combining in one structure nanosized component and alumino-silicate matrix were justified. The degree and features of the influence of natural vibrating cations on the structure, morphology and dispersion of zeolite were established. Its ion exchange popularity during ion exchange of cations from aqueous solution was estimated. Methodical approaches to conducting liquid-phase ion exchange were developed and the optimal interface conditions on the basis of the choice of time-temperature process and type of metal salt was determined. The metal samples from the steel 0.2C and alloy D16T (Al-Cu-Mg) for corrosion testing were prepared. Cluster models of the interaction of zeolite section with metal cations were developed and their optimization by the semi-empirical quantum chemical method was carried out. The obtained results on ion-exchange properties of intercalated zeolites were shown that modified zeolites with ions of divalent metals is a promising based material for further research in the process of creating new anti-corrosion environmentally friendly pigments for paints on steels and aluminum alloys. The results of the work can be used in the creation of nanostructured paints of the type of inhibited farmers and multi-protective systems with increased corrosion three-dimensionality and adhesion.
