Aim of the research To create a combinatorial library of compounds for the detection of hits by carrying out the reaction of N-coupling of diazo derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone with amines of different nature, containing pharmacophore groups and are leading compounds with potential biological activity. Prepare laboratory samples of triazens, aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic derivatives of amines of 9,10-anraquinone series. Conduct computer screening of biological activity using PASS, QSAR, Docking programs to establish the direction of experimental biological research and identify the leader compound. To adjust the methods of synthesis of new representatives of nitrogen-containing derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone with different pharmacophore groups, guided by the results of computer screening of biological activity to find effective substances. Research methods organic and microbiological synthesis, elemental analysis, IR, H1 NMR spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, experimental and virtual screening of biological activity. As a result of the STR, a combinatorial library of compounds was created to detect hits by reacting the N-coupling of 9,10-anthraquinone diazo derivatives with amines of various natures that contain pharmacophore groups and are leader compounds with potential biological activity.
