The purpose of research To create compounds with antibacterial and antimicrobial properties based on nitrogen-containing derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone. The results of the proposed study are aimed at developing a technology for obtaining new nitrogen-containing compounds based on 9,10-anthraquinone, which will find ways to synthesize new low-toxic and highly effective substances and expand the scope of nitrogen-containing 9,10-anthraquinone derivatives not only as dyes but also highly effective drugs. whose analogues, as shown by the analysis of previous studies and publications have antibacterial, antimicrobial and antiparasitic activity. Research methods organic and microbiological synthesis, elemental analysis, IR, H1 NMR spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, experimental and virtual screening of biological activity. As a result of NTR, acid-base transformations of diazo compounds, amines derived from the series 9,10-anthraquinone in aqueous-alkaline medium were studied; the stability of diazo compounds based on 9,10-anthraquinone at different pH values and temperature was determined; the reaction rate of N- and C-coupling with azo components of different nature is determined; laboratory samples of diazo salts based on amino derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone with different counterions were synthesized, and the most promising samples were selected for further in-depth study. Key words: aminoanthraquinone, anthraquinone diazonium, acid-base transformations, stability, decomposition, reaction rate.  Art. 103, fig. 10, table. 17, sources 48 Product Description popup.authors Lucsas Anna Vitalievna Luchkevich Eugene R.
