The object of research is the processes of heat supply and heat consumption in the communal sphere. The subject of research is innovative object-oriented technologies for designing technical means and equipment to increase the environmental and energy safety of communal energy systems. The aim of the project is to reduce CO 2 emissions and pollutants atmosphere, increasing energy and economic security of systems communal energy through the use of innovative facilities oriented technologies for designing tools and equipment for enhancement greening and energy efficiency of elements of a complex technical system "Producer-supplier-consumer" of thermal energy. Research methods were used in the research: analysis and synthesis information, mathematical modeling, experiment planning, experimental research, computational experiment.
