In these assumptions, the local dispersion equation AGW for an isothermal dissipative atmosphere is obtained and the temporal and spatial decrements of attenuation are determined. A two-frequency model has been developed that describes the propagation of wave perturbations in an isothermal atmosphere. It is shown that the use of a two - frequency AGW propagation model opens new possibilities for the interpretation of experimental data. Effective methods for the analysis of satellite data on the study of the response of the ionosphere to the action of a terrestrial modulated acoustic beam have been developed. Using wavelet multiscale entropy and wavelet multifractal analysis, computational algorithms for determining the nature of changes in the distribution functions of electric and magnetic field fluctuations in satellite measurements have been constructed.
