The EAI system was considered as an open dynamic system that is subject to natural and anthropogenic influences from above (geocosmic storms, falls of large space bodies, motion of the solar terminator) and below (earthquakes, weather fronts, rocket launches, explosions, etc.). Based on the analysis of ground and satellite measurements, the initial data for the construction of empirical models of these processes are obtained: spectral and morphological properties of perturbations in the EAI system from different sources, duration and speed of their propagation. Theoretical models of atmospheric perturbations are built taking into account the inhomogeneity of the medium and the effects of dissipation (viscosity and thermal conductivity). Models of atmospheric perturbations are developed on the basis of modified hydrodynamic equations, which for the first time take into account qualitatively new effects.
