The aim of the work is the synthesis of new fluorescent probes with high affinity for ATP, the study of their interaction with ATP depending on the pH of the medium and the concentration of the reaction components. Research methods - quantum chemical modeling, chromato-mass spectrometry, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy, spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, potentiometry, calculation methods for determining the composition and stability of complex compounds. Synthesized, purified, proved the structure and investigated the chemical-analytical properties of promising fluorescent probes of cationic nature for the determination of ATP in aqueous solutions: 3-hydroxy-2- {3,5-bis- [2-dimethylaminomethyl] 4-hydroxyphenyl} -4H-4-chromenone (FAM 345), 3-hydroxy-2- {4- [2-dimethylaminoethyl] -N-methylaminophenyl} -4H-4-chromenone-4 (FMe4C2NMe2) and 3-hydroxy-2- {4- [4-N-methylpiperazine- 1-yl-] phenyl} -4H-4-chromenone-4 (FMEpipMe) and anionic probes: 2- [4- (3-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-chromene-2-yl) phenoxy] acetic acid (F4O) and 3-hydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl) -4-oxo-4H-chromene-6-carboxylic acid (F6C). The protolytic properties of the synthesized compounds were studied by spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The existence of several protolytic forms for all experimental compounds was established, and these protolytic forms were identified by absorption spectra. Changes in the absorption and fluorescence spectra of test compounds at different concentrations of ATP, mixtures of ATP and adenosine monophosphate, as well as ATP at different pH values were studied. The obtained results testify to the prospects of using all synthesized compounds as fluorescent probes for selective determination of ATP.  Product Description popup.authors Bugera Oleksandra I.
