The formation of a system of ordered clusters of a given size and spatial location on its basis is analyzed. The mechanism of cluster formation under vacuum spraying is substantiated. The analysis of the processes of formation of laser-induced periodic structures on the surface of solids and adequate modeling of their interaction with electromagnetic interaction is carried out. The mechanisms of formation of spatial-periodic surface structures of different nature, as well as the calculation of thermal effects caused by the influence of laser radiation on the surface of solids are studied. A relief template from an amorphous molecular semiconductor was formed by the electrophotographic method during the exposure of the AMS sample of the photoconductor to the hologram according to the three-beam scheme. It is shown that on the surface of the electret template there is an effective ordering of gold clusters during vacuum spraying. Depending on the intensity of spraying the beam, time, the size of the gold islands can be changed from the adsorbed layer to several microns. The location and symmetry of localized gold particles are determined by the structure of the light field (hologram). The mechanism of gold self - regulation during thermal sputtering in vacuum on the surface of the template is proposed, which consists in the motion of easily polarizing atoms and clusters of molecular gold beam in the local electric field near the surface and its adsorption on the surface.
