Based on biomechanical research using simulation computer modeling of the stress-strain state of the system "bone-fixator": for the first time theoretically substantiated the optimal position of the foot when performing arthrodesis of the ankle joint, substantiated the choice of means of fixation during corrective osteotomy osteosynthesis in corrective osteotomy of the lateral tibia. Developed: method of resection of arthrodesis of the ankle joint, method of corrective osteotomy of the lateral bone with improperly fused fractures using the original fixator. Based on biomechanical research, the advantage of modified and developed methods of surgical treatment is shown. Ultrasound criteria have been established to substantiate the indications for conservative and surgical treatment of anterior-lateral instability of the ankle joint; the results of surgical treatment of this pathology with the use of Bröstrom-Gould operation were studied. The positive effect of osteochondroplasty in the treatment of osteochondral injuries of the talus is shown. A system for predicting the results of treatment has been developed, which makes it possible to predict the outcome of treatment with an accuracy of 74.5 - 84.2%.
