New method to create the measure of the mechanical stress was proposed. The method for mechanical stress monitoring in the bridge framework during the launching was analyzed. The set of techniques for inspection productivity improvement were proposed, such as: array eddy current probe of parametric type for operation in resonant mode; five-element eddy current probe of transformer type; for detection of the cracks initiate in 2-nd layer of multilayer aircraft structures; high-sensitive eddy current probes for surface and subsurface defect detection. Mathematical model of eddy current probe interaction with heterogeneous electro-conductive object was created. The numerical algorithms for eddy current probe signal calculation were developed. The methodology for mechanical characteristic monitoring in degraded aluminum alloys was developed. New scheme of the eddy current flaw detector of self-generator type was proposed and evaluate. Developed techniques and eddy current probed were evaluated and implemented in Odessa aircraft plat, SE”Antonov”, SE “Ivchenko-Progres” and SPC “Special scientific developments” Product Description popup.authors Aleshchenko Oleksiy H.
