On the basis of a detailed study of all obtained samples of NC by X-ray diffractometry, XPS, and Raman spectroscopy, their rather high structural perfection and the absence of a noticeable content of secondary (impurity) phases were established. A series of NC samples of potential binary and ternary phases synthesized under conditions identical to the CZTS NC synthesis conditions was obtained and systematically investigated. The efficiency of resonant Raman spectroscopy in the identification of insignificant inclusions of compounds with a significant difference in the bandgap using the appropriate energy of the laser excitation quantum is demonstrated.
