Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and mechanical tests have shown that the polymerization of thin layers (up to 10 μm) of nanocomposites under uniaxial pressure leads to the ordering of graphene planes in the composite layer and increases the tensile strength of adhesive joints 3 times. The technique can be used in the aviation industry and other special applications. An innovative method for obtaining powders and manufacturing spatially ordered samples of graphite oxide and reduced graphene oxide has been developed. For the first time, a study of the heat capacity of these nanostructures in a wide range of temperatures from helium to room. It is established that at cooling below 15 K the structures begin to behave in a radically different way: their ability to accumulate and give off heat varies in different ways, and the difference reaches 500%. At the lowest temperatures, the heat capacities of both structures show an abnormal increase.
