During the SSW, the pronounced TIDs in a wide range of periods of 30 - 120 min were observed over both sites during two days of joint observations. The magnetic disturbance in September 2020 led to a significant increase in the relative amplitudes of TIDs over both Kharkiv and Tromso. During the operation of the EISCAT Heater facility, wave processes with periods of 4 – 10 min were occasionally observed over Kharkiv. This may be the result of transfer of acoustic oscillations caused by powerful radio transmission from high to medium latitudes, or stimulated precipitation of charged particles due to global interaction of subsystems. The results of investigations can be used in basic research of solar-terrestrial relations and near-the Earth environment, as well as to solve applied problems related to the effect of non-stationary processes in the atmosphere and ionosphere on telecommunications systems, the operation of satellite equipment in open space, as well as the accuracy of geopositioning systems.
