Docking studies and methodologies for the synthesis of heterocyclic (pyrazole, thienopyrimidine, imidazopyridine, triazole and oxadiazole derivatives) and cage-like compounds based on highly reactive reagents and methods based on energy-saving protocols have been developed. The original 1,3-dipolar reagents and dienophiles were synthesized to construct the target compounds. Diene systems, alkynes, activated ketomethylene and acetonitrile derivatives were obtained and the synthesis conditions were optimized.
