Obtained indicators of adaptive ability of selection material and potato varieties, as well as suitability for cultivation in the conditions of the south of Ukraine by two-crop culture. According to the results of research, scientific and methodological recommendations "Evaluation and selection of potato varieties for suitability for growing in two-crop culture under irrigation in the south of Ukraine" have been published. The patent of Ukraine for the useful model "Method of an estimation and selection of grades of a potato for suitability for two-crop culture" is issued. In co-authorship with the Institute of Potato Growing NAAS received certificates for potato varieties Duma and Radomysl (2017). When tested for suitability for growing potatoes in two-crop culture of the second year of research, the most suitable for cultivation should be considered early-maturing hybrid 14.41-22 and medium-early P.13.42/3, which formed a consistently high yield of tubers in all years of research in early and summer planting. To obtain early production and harvest of tubers of biological maturity should use early-maturing varieties of potatoes Tiras, Slauta, Zhitnitsa, Photinia, Vymir; middle-early Levada, Miroslava, Knyaginya, Anika, Vitalina, Mezhirichka 11; middle-aged Slovyanka, Tradytsiia, Alians, Ivankivska rannya, Basalia, which provide a crop of tubers 22.0-27.0 t/ha. Early-ripening varieties Tiras, Slauta, Factor, Fotiniya, Vymir, which provide a yield of 32-50 t/ha per season, are most suitable for cultivation in two-crop culture; middle-early varieties Levada, Mezhirichka 11 - 40-44 t/ha and medium-ripe - Slovyanka, Anika, Rodynna, Tradytsiia, Alians, Ivankivska rannya and Basalia cell carcinoma with a seasonal yield of 36-42 t/ha.
