The starting silsesquioxane with inorganic component which is a combination of polyhedral compounds of complete and incomplete cell structure with their open-chain analogues and the organic component containing hydroxyl groups and tertiary amino groups in a ratio of 4: 1 was synthesized by hydrolytic condensation of the reaction product of glycidol with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The obtained compounds were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, DSC, TGA and their conductivity was studied under anhydrous conditions in the temperature range of (40-120)oC.
