Varieties that need special attention during propagation due to the high level of viral infection have been identified. The level of distribution in plantations of 6 viruses, 3 viroids, phytoplasmas was analyzed. The method of detection and identification of Phytophthora species has been optimized. A method of in vitro culture initiation has been developed for 3 types of apple rootstocks and 3 types of pear rootstocks.
