The purpose of the study is to develop scientific and methodological regulations on the organization of information and advisory support for the APP of the Kiev region, to improve the system and ways of propaganda, advertising of scientific developments of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS", to form a network for the dissemination of agricultural information and provide advice on various issues of agriculture, create an electronic database of scientific developments of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS" brought to the level of innovations, to develop proposals for the use of information technologies (Internet, presentations) for prompt delivery of market, scientific, technical and other information to agricultural producers. Research methods are dialectical, abstract logical, economic and statistical. Research is carried out using methodological approaches used in international practice, in particular, must meet the requirements of ISO 17025; as well as in accordance with the scientific publications of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" of the National Academy of Sciences, NASL. Research results: scientific developments and scientific information materials of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS" are presented at conferences, seminars, meetings, field days, exhibitions and fairs and Internet pages and sites on various issues of improving and effective farming. Printed editions prepared. The data bank of scientific developments of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS" was created.
