Investigation of synergetic effects under bulk and surface damage of thermonuclear reactor materials: ion beam + powerful plasma flows. popup.stage_title Head Manuilenko Oleg V., Кандидат фізико-математичних наукPavlii Kostiantyn V., Кандидат фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 29-12-2020 Organization National Science Center "Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology" popup.description2 Theoretical and experimental study is carried out of quadrupole lenses of a focusing triplet, which is included in the system of beam transportation to the irradiation chamber, as well as the parameters of injected (energy 120 keV) and accelerated (energy 4 MeV) helium ion beams at the exit from the triplet in order to increase the beam current density on a target. An increase in the beam current density on the target for energies from 0.12 to 4 MeV by a factor of 3 - 7 to (0.6 - 2.8) 10^13 particles / sec / cm2 has been achieved. Techniques have been developed and experimental equipment has been manufactured for determining the electrophysical parameters of ceramic materials and the frictional properties of ceramic-metal pairs of irradiated samples. Tungsten and steel samples were irradiated with helium ions with energies of 0.12 MeV and 4 MeV up to 8 - 94 dpa. Product Description popup.authors Dyachenko Olexandr F. Zajtsev Borys V.
