Research methods - general and special: field, biometric, laboratory, computational, mathematical and statistical and the method of theoretical analysis of scientific literature. The purpose of the work is to improve the most effective elements of the technology of cultivation and protection of new varieties of tobacco from pests. Economically justify the feasibility of introducing in tobacco production new elements of technology for growing and protecting tobacco from pests to ensure the competitiveness of tobacco raw materials in the Ukrainian market. Theoretical and practical results: 1. The technological map of cultivation and protection of new grades of tobacco of the Ukrainian selection with use of the studied most effective biostimulants and insecticides is developed, production costs on 1 hectare and prime cost of unit of production are calculated. 2. The use in research of 2019-2020 biostimulator of growth Radipharm gave the best results with the application rate of 4.0 l / ha: the increase in yield of dry leaves on average 5,6 kg/ha, the yield of higher commodity varieties 88%, which is 8% more than the control option. The use of Enzio insecticide in tobacco plantations gives a reduction in damage by 47,9-49,5%, an increase in yield of 4,4 c/ha relative to control and 0,6 c/ha relative to the reference variant. Scientific novelty - technological map of cultivation and protection of new varieties of tobacco of Ukrainian selection with the use of new most effective biostimulants and insecticides. Economic assessment of their feasibility.
