It was found that the incidence of HATB was determined in vitro by various immunological methods in patients with TB with clinical manifestations of drug intolerance: to rifampicin in 75.0% - 87.5% of patients, isoniazid - in 87.5% - 100.0% of patients; ethambutol - in 62.5% - 87.5% of patients, by activating the immunological mechanisms mediating four types of HATB, type I - by increasing the levels of tryptase, total IgE, specific IgE, activation of basophils; II-III type - by increasing the levels of specific IgA, IgM, IgG and CICs; type IV - by positive links of markers of activation of T-cell subpopulations, ILM, ILA with ESR. Developed: "Method for the diagnosis of hypersensitivity to anti-tuberculosis drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in vitro", the use of which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis of HATB in patients with TB by 25.5%; "Technology of laboratory diagnostics of hypersensitivity reactions to medications in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis", which consists in the determination of HATB using the ESR test with the development of software to optimize the work with the analysis of results; "Technology for determination of immunological markers of susceptibility to clinical manifestations of allergic reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis", which allows to determine the tendency to HATB in patients with TB by determining elevated blood levels of total IgE, small CICs and anti-tuberculosis antibodies. The developed algorithm for laboratory diagnostics of HATB reactions in patients with TB, which makes it possible to predict the probability of clinical manifestations of allergy at the level of 66.7 - 83.3%.
