The aim - to improve efficiency of treatment of patient with pulmonary TB by introduction of complex of organizational measures of warning of uneffective treatment of patients with this illness. Methods: mathematical, statistical, questionnaire. It is well-proven that efficiency of treatment of patients with TB in Ukraine among new cases formed 75,0 %, among relapses – 63,3 %, another repeated cases of treatment are 57,9 %, new cases of МR TB – 56,7 %, repeated cases of МR TB – 38,9 %. From data of WHO efficiency of treatment of patients with TB must be not less than 85,0 %, and patients with МR TB are 75,0 %. Percents of the unsuccessful, interrupted treatment and the dead (8,2 %, 6,1 %, 10,6 % accordinly is exceeded indicator of WHO (5,0 %). It is well-proven that in 61,3 % patients was late detected TB, principal reasons of that were insufficiency of prophylactic reviews and work with high-risk groups, inaccessible diagnostics, imperfection of normatively-legal base and others. It was established principal reasons of ineffective treatment of patients with TB: increase of chemoresistence and co-infection, out-of-control ambulatory treatment, late detection of TB, them low devotion to for treatment, insufficiency of socialpsychological help, ineffective operating system of health and others.
