As a result, the characteristics of fatigue crack growth resistance for the weld metal are significantly exceeded, and for the zones of thermomechanical and thermal effects are at the level set for the base metal. Peculiarities of the acoustic emission parameters, in particular, signal intensity, average values of amplitude and number of signals, their frequency range, at different stages of fatigue fracture near stress concentrator in samples of aluminum D16chat alloy are reviled. It is found that the value of energy parameter of acoustic emission changes of 4-5 times during the accumulation of the microplastic deformations and microcrack system origin until the formation of the initial macrocrack and its growth.
