The purpose of this stage is to develop methods and models for assessing and ensuring the safety of CII. Main results: 1. Model of a multi-version system for monitoring the status of CII and detecting possible crises using Internet of Drones technologies. The scientific novelty lies in the implementation of a variety of ways to obtain and transmit information about the accident and to enable the continuation of the monitoring process in case of failure of the wired connection. 2. Models for vulnerability assessment of smart grid information and control system software. The scientific novelty is that the described models are part of an improved method of determining parameters for assessing the warranty of information and control systems. 3. Evaluation models and recommendations for ensuring the availability and cybersecurity of IoT-systems for CII. The scientific novelty is to take into account different states, types of failures and cyberattacks, which allows calculating indicators of availability and cybersecurity. Recommendations for the use of work results: the results of the work stage can be used in the development of information and analytical support of the CII protection system for assessment and security. Scope: protection of critical information infrastructure. Significance of the work: the results of the second stage form the basis for the creation of information and analytical support for the protection of CII, as well as provide practical tools for solving problems of assessment and security of CII. The results obtained are necessary to perform the tasks of the third stage, the purpose of which is to develop methods, models and software to improve the security of CII.
