A mesoscopic approach to the description of radiation effects in iron-based alloys has been developed. Modeling and systematization of determining quantitative characteristics of radiation-induced segregation in alloys has been performed. A combined system of cluster dynamics equations based on the use of the method of the Fokker-Planck equation has been obtained. Several problems of the theory of elasticity for a strip with a crack which simulate the elastic behavior of materials with elastic coatings have been formulated and solved. Experimental studies of the physicochemical composition and structure of hull steels have been completed, preparatory works for their irradiation with iron ions of MeV energies on the tandem accelerator of IAP of NAS of Ukraine also have been completed.
