The optimal zone of soil moisture during the growing season of grape bushes under different irrigation regimes was determined. It was determined that with the level of pre-irrigation soil moisture 90% of the lowest field moisture capacity of the soil the lower limit of the soil moisture zone ranged from 0.75 to 0.86m. Soil moisture was determined by thermostatic-weight and tensiometric methods. The dependence of tensiometric pressure on soil moisture in field conditions was established and the correspondence to different levels of LFMС on the grafting mother bushes of grapes was determined. As a result, the optimal timing and irrigation rates of mother plants of grapes were established. To maintain the moisture content of the calculated soil layer within 90-100% LFMС, 8 waterings were carried out. The watering rate varied from 67.5 to 96.3 m3/ha, the irrigation rate was 680.6m3/ha. In the area with the LPSM 80% of the LFMС 5 waterings were carried out, the irrigation rate was 488.0 m3/ha. In the area where the humidity was maintained within 70–100% LFMС, 3 waterings with a rate of 125.3m3/ha with an irrigation rate of 175m3/ha were carried out. Subsequently, the influence of pre-irrigation soil moisture levels on grape productivity was determined. It was found that the largest growth of the shoots was in conditions with a humidity level of 90 and 80% LFMС, which is 25-36% more than in plants without watering. The effect of foliar feeding of mother grape bushes with biologically active preparations (AgromarF, Humifield Forte Amino, Fulvital Plus, Capital, Regoplant) was studied. It was found that the use of biologically active preparations Humifield, Regoplant on vegetative vineyards stimulated metabolism in the leaf tissues of the plants.
