Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Wine-making" popup.description2  During the reporting period, the optimization of vegetation conditions for cuttings and seedlings of grapes in the nursery was carried out on the basis of development and substantiation of optimal drip irrigation regimes, the use of biologically active preparations at different stages of growing grafted seedlings and plant nutrition in the nursery. Before planting grape cuttings in the nursery, the lowest field moisture capacity of the soil (LFMС) was determined, which was equal to 27.32% by weight of dry soil. In further work, during the growing season of cuttings and seedlings of grapes in the nursery every decade soil moisture was determined by thermostatic-weight and tensiometric methods. As a result, the relationship between the lowest field moisture capacity and pre-irrigation soil moisture levels, the relationship between tensiometric pressure (kPa) and different levels of pre-irrigation soil moisture (LPSM) were established. In the open ground nursery LPSM was maintained within 90% LFMС, 80% LFMС, 90-80% LFMС and 80-70% LFMС and determined their effect on the main biometric indicators of growth and development of grafted grape seedlings. It was found that the optimal parameters of soil moisture were formed while maintaining 90% LPSM. Such soil moisture levels ensured the survival of grape cuttings in the nursery in the range of 75 - 82%, the yield of standard seedlings from the nursery was 60 - 68% (based on the number of planted cuttings). At the technological stages of growing grafted grape seedlings - soaking of graft components, pre-stratification waxing, pre-planting treatment and vegetative treatment (foliar and root treatment) the effect of biologically active preparations was used and was determined. According to the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the obtained seedlings, the expediency of using AgroMar F and 30 D preparations at the above stages of technology was established.
