Resistance to the main pathogens and environmental stressors in plants of hybrid populations, lines, cultivars and cultivars, which were obtained in the previous stages of the task, has been studied. A biochemical analysis was performed to determine the content of glucosinolates in 315 samples, basic fatty acids and oil in the seeds of 63 samples. A collection of a new source material of winter rapeseed has been formed, which includes 28 samples of various morphological characteristics, capable of combining high productivity, quality of raw materials and resistance to the action of herbicides of the imadazoline group. Methods for determining donors in the selection of source material of parent and parent components for the creation of hybrids resistant to post-emergence herbicides have been developed.
