For this purpose the following were established: collection, hybrid, selection, control, preliminary and competitive variety testing of nurseries. The result of the work carried out this year is to obtain a new selection material F1 mustard white, gray, black. Resistance to the main pathogens and environmental stressors in plants of hybrid populations, cultivars and cultivars has been studied, thanks to which a collection of genetic sources on a number of economically valuable traits has been formed. New varieties have been prepared for transfer to DSV: - white mustard with a yield of 25 kg / ha, oil content of 30%; - gray mustard with a yield of 28 kg / ha, oil content of 45%; - black mustard with a yield of 23 kg / ha, oil content of 30%. A methodology for creating plastic varieties of mustard with a set of economically valuable traits resistant to adverse growing conditions has been developed.
