The homogeneity of the surface morphology of the films and the absence of surface roughness with a value greater than the allowable (nanometer units) were established. The selection of biomolecules (antibodies and oligonucleotides), the most promising both in terms of their relevance for detection and the possibility of their successful functionalization on metal surfaces and obtaining an amplified Raman signal. The technology of surface functionalization of the obtained metal films by small linker molecules (ligands) and biomolecules has been worked out and their spectroscopic characterization by IR Fourier spectroscopy and Raman light scattering has been carried out. In addition to the planned results, a new method for the synthesis of colloidal gold nanoparticles, which will be used in the next phase of the project.
